农业技术创新的绩效评价及应用研究

农业技术创新是我国农业发展的根本，是实现现代农业的保障，其最终目标是农业增效和农民增收，而这一目标的实现涉及了生产力诸因素和生产关系的多个侧面，仅创新主体就包括了政府、科研院所、大专院校、科技型农业企业、农业推广机构、农户等等。为了使农业技术更好的服务于农业生产，我们有必要对现行的农业技术创新进行绩效评价，以期找到农业技术创新过程中存在的问题和不足，提高创新决策的科学性和合理性，减少技术创新风险，从而为我困农业的可持续发展提供理论依据。
