| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业核心竞争力的重要来源,是企业生存和发展的内在动力;企业文化则是企业顺应当代文化管理趋势、提升自身实力的关键因素。两者都直接推动企业的发展。本文试图从企业文化对技术创新的影响的角度揭示两者之间的内在联系。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation is one of the most important sources,which improves the core competitive ability and it is an interior impetus which sustains the existence and development of enterprises.Enterprise culture is the key factor to adapting enterprises to the modern culture managementtrend and promoting their strength.The above two will prompt the development of the enterprises.This paper attempts to reveal the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise culture from the view of influence of the latter on the former. |
