| Abstract: | With the fast development and broad application of network technology, the network culture has been rising abruptly. It influences deeply the society and ethic life of Chinese people. This paper describes the necessity of building a socialist network culture with Chinese characteristics based on the overview of network culture and the actual situation of its influence in China. |
