| 摘 要： | 文章旨在克服K.J.安德鲁斯的SWOT分析方法的缺点,并建立起战略研究各领域通用的关于优势、劣势、机会、威胁的分析方法。作为对安德鲁斯SWOT分析的改造,本文提出了优势劣势分析中要素分析、结构分析、活动过程分析的内容,SWOT分析的基本结构,及机会威胁分析的内容,并提出使用SWOT分析时应注意的几个重要问题。

| Abstract: | This paper aims at overcoming the short-comings of SWOT analysis by K. J. Andrews, and con-structing a general approach about strengths ? weaknesses ? opportunities and threats analysis that can be used in all branches of strategic research .As an improved approach to SWOT analysis by K. J. andrews, this paper proposes the contents of elements analysis ? structures analysis and processes analysis in strength-weakness analysis , the basic structure of the approach and the contents of opportunity-threat analysis. At the end of this paper some im-portant and notable things when using the new SWOT analysis are underlined. |
