| 摘 要： | 通过对合同管理的现状的介绍,运用价值链分析方法,对合同部门、人员、制度和合同业务流程进行了探讨,认为合同管理是由基本价值活动与辅助价值活动构成的,且合同管理价值也是通过这些活动创造出来的。在此基础上,探讨了合同价值链管理的意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction to the present condition of contracts management,the paper discusses the contracts departments,human resource,institution and the business process by means of the value chain method.Contracts management is divided into the fundamental value activity and assistant activity,which embodies the value of contract management.Finally,the meaning of the contracts value chain is put forward. |
