新农村建设背景下农村老年弱势群体社会支持网络的建构——基于黑龙江省农村老年人生活状况调查数据的实证研究

农村老年弱势群体是在我国社会转型期，由于利益重新分配等因素导致出现的特殊社会群体。其生活境遇使其难以共享社会发展成果，同时也成为新农村建设难以破解的棘手难题。基于黑龙江省农村老年人生活状况调查数据的实证研究，借助相关理论假设，提出建构全方位农村老年弱势群体社会支持网络的干预策略。从而减缓其生活压力，缓解其与社会间的冲突，建设和谐新农村。

Social Support Networks Construction for Vulnerable Groups of Rural Elderly in New Rural Construction——Empirical Study on living conditions of Rural Elderly in Heilongjiang Province

Because of redistribution of interests, vulnerable groups of rural elderly appear, a special social group. It is a very difficult problem in new rural construction that vulnerable groups of rural elderly can not share the results of social development due to their life circumstances. Based on empirical study on the living conditions of rural elderly in Heilongjiang province and with related theoretical assumptions, the article brings up strategies for omni-directional social support networks construction of vulnerable groups of rural elderly in order to alleviate their life pressures, mitigate their conflict with the society and construct the harmonious new countryside.
