| 摘 要： | 当前,我国有关研究机构已经发布了多种核心期刊目录,对核心期刊的研究已经初具基础。核心期刊的效用主要表现在优选期刊和学术评价两个方面,但是学术界对核心期刊的评价效用则颇存争议。面对核心期刊的论争,学术界必须进行理性的思考,特别是要思考如何克服核心期刊评价效用的缺陷与弊端。

| Abstract: | Nowadays some related institutions in China have already published a few of core journals lists, and the studies on core journals have already had an initial foundation. Core journals are mainly used in both optimizing selection of journals and academic evaluation, but the academic evaluation function of core journals has been argued very strongly in academia. Facing these arguments, second reasonable thoughts must be made, especially about how to overcome the limitations and shortages of the evaluation functions of core journals. |
