| 摘 要： | 政府主导型金融资源配置的有效性,具有明显的区间效应。即在1996年以前卖方市场条件下,政府控制金融资源配置权总体来说是有效的。但在1996年以后买方市场条件下政府控制金融资源配置权表现为弱有效抑或无效。

| Abstract: | The effectiveness of government dominated financial resources allocation has obvious phasal effects.For instance, before 1996, under the condition of sellers'market, the government's control over the allocation of financial resources was basically effective on the whole. But since 1996,under the condition of buyers' market, the government's control over the allocation of financial resources has showed a state of weak effectiveness, or even non-effectiveness. |
