| 摘 要： | 信用是一项道德规范,也是一种交易方式和制度,信用建设必须德治和法治并举。中国儒家的诚信思想与源于西方的市场经济所要求的信用观念有明显不同,这是建设中国特色社会信用体系的重要依据。中国的信用建设必须立足现实国情,扬弃儒家传统信用思想,通过制度创新构建自己的社会信用体系。

| Abstract: | Credit is an exchange mode as well as an ethic which means social credit should be constructed through both moral and legal ways The Confucian thought of sincerity is distinctively different from that of the west which is not only one reason of the imperfection of social credit in the process of social transformation but also the basis of forming the social credit system with Chinese characteristic. China must establish the social credit system by inheriting the traditional credit culture critically and innovate the credit institutions |
