| 摘 要： | 本文使用江苏省苏北五个城市的市级面板数据，采用非参数的Malmquist方法分析2004——2007年苏北五个城市承接苏南产业转移的生产效率的变动状况，并将其进一步分解成为技术效率和技术进步。研究结果表明，2004——2007年苏北承接苏南产业转移的生产效率的平均增长率为3．5％，主要原因是技术的变化，但是技术效率的变化也同样不能忽视，且在不同时期不同的城市技术效率和技术进步对苏北承接苏南产业转移的作用不同。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we use the panel data of five cities in northern Jiangsu, using non-parametric Malmquist to analyze northern Jiangsu undertaking industrial transfer efficiency from southern Jiangsu during the 2004-2007, and its further decomposition into technical efficiency and technological progress. The results show that during the 2004-2007, the production efficiency of northern Jiangsu undertaking industrial transfer averagely grow 3.5%, mainly due to technological changes, but we also cannot ignore changes in technical efficiency. Furthermore, at different times in different cities, technical efficiency and technological advances play different roles in undertaking the industrial transfer from south Jiangsu to north Jiangsu. |
