医疗服务政府定价下医生行为的经济分析

该文从医疗服务政府定价出发，以新制度经济学中租值耗散理论和产权理论为依据，对现实中的医生行为进行了分析：首先，提出医疗服务政府定价政策造成了医生收入的租值耗散；其次，根据产权理论分析各种医生减少租值耗散的行为；第三，分析了医生行为对医疗服务行业、医疗药品行业和患者的影响。通过上述分析得出结论：医生减少收入租值耗散的行为造成了医疗服务行业、医疗药品行业不合理的资源配置，降低了市场机制配置私有资源的效率，相应的巨大交易费用也增加了患者的负担。

The Economic Analysis of Doctor's Behaviors in the Condition of Government Making Price

According to the property right theory and the rent dissipation theory in the field of New Institutional Economics, this paper analyzes the doctor＇s behaviors under the policy of government making the medical service price. The analysis is divided into three parts by object. The first part is the influence of the policy on the doctor＇s income, the second part is doctor＇s behaviors to reduce the dissipation of rent of his income, and the final part is the influences of the doctor＇s behaviors on the relative areas, such as medical service industry, the medical industry and the patients. Through the analysis, the conclusion is drawn： the government making the medical service price disorders the order of market system and forces the doctor to reduce the dissipation of rent of his income, and the corresponding consequences include the inefficient deployment of resources in the industry of medical service, and more heavier economic burden of patients.
