业务流程再造理论的全景式展示

Theory of Business Process Reengineering

In order to accommodate to modern corporate business environment which is characterized by customer,competition and change,to get rid of the restriction of traditional corporate business management mode which depends on the theory of specialization,Michael Hammer and James Champy introduce the concept of Corporate Business Process Reengineering.The primary creativity of the theory is that it takes the business process as the transformation target,and it takes concerning customers needing and satisfaction as object.It breaks down the traditional functional organization structure and establishes brand-new process-oriented organization relying on the using of manufacturing technology,information technology and modern management means.Thereby it will realize the improvement of corporate management from the aspects of cost,quality,service and speed.Finally it will enhance the productive efficiency and competitive ability of the corporate.With the explanations to the basic principles,this paper carries out case analysis with Haier mode and deeply investigates its development direction.The author hopes it can bring a silver light to the theory of business process reengineering.
