国内企业社会责任理论研究新进展

20世纪90年代末以来，由美国民间组织社会责任国际（SAI）制定的SA8000和数百个跨国公司生产守则在我国的认证和审核，给我国外经贸企业尤其是外向型的劳动密集型加工企业带来了沉重的压力，引起了社会各界对企业社会责任的关注和争论，也促使理论界加强了对企业社会责任有关问题的探索。总体来看，学者们都能把企业社会责任与我国的实际情况结合起来进行研究，内容广泛，包括理论与实践部分，并且相对更注重企业社会责任应用分析。但由于国内理论界对企业社会责任的研究还处于初步阶段，现有文献不多，我国学者研究企业社会责任还存在较多问题，与国外相比还有很大差距。

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility in China

Since the late 1990s, the standards for corporate social responsibility （SA8000） made by the non-governmental organization Social Accountability International （SAI） in the United States and hundreds of multinational companies ＇ production codes authenticated and audited in China have brought heavy pressure on China＇s foreign trade enterprises, especially export-oriented type of labor-intensive enterprises. This arises the concern from Chinese scholars and contributes to the theorists＇ exploration to CSR. On the whole, most scholars research CSR on the basis of the actual situation in China. The researches include theory and practice, and the latter is more emphasized. However, due to the fact that domestic theorists＇ research on CSR is still in the initial stage, there is a long way to go compared with foreign countries.
