| 摘 要： | 在指出科学分类是垃圾资源化利用首要前提的基础上，通过分析我国城市生活垃圾自身的变化规律、处理技术要求和居民的可接受程度，指出应将垃圾干湿分类收集，并据此提出了我国城市生活垃圾分类收集处理系统的构想，即设立干垃圾、湿垃圾和有害垃圾三个子系统和相应的配套设施。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that the scientific classification is the most important prerequisite for resources utilization of the garbage in urban areas, and by analyzing the changing rules of the garbage, technical requirements for disposal and the acceptability of the residents, the paper points out that the garbage in the urban areas should be classified into dry and wet garbage and collected accordingly. |
