凝质与流质之间——康有为、梁启超的个性差异与其不同的政治境遇

康有为、梁启超师生二人各有鲜明的个性。康有为的执着、强毅、自信、自负、有成见、拘文牵义、不为流俗所动等性格特点,与梁启超的多变、机智、随和、无成见、不能持之以恒等个性特征形成鲜明对比,两人的个性差异主要是“凝质”与“流质”之间的差异。康、梁的性格特点与维新变法运动的发动和失败存在一定的内在联系,而他们之间的个性差异又是造成他们不同政治境遇的重要因素。

Personality Differences and Political Circumstances between Kang Youwei and Liang Qichao

Kang Youwei and Liang Qichao both had a distinct character of his own.There was a sharp contrast between Kang Youwei's perseverance,firmness,self-confidence,self-important,preconception and Liang Qichao's changefulness,quick wit,amiability,flexibility."Perseverance" and "Changefulness" formed the main difference in character between them.Their special characteristics were certainly connected with the start and failure of the modernization movement,and their difference in character was the important factor which made the difference of their political circumstances.
