The Theory of Zhang Wentian’s Learning Party and its Inspiration on the Construction of College Party

Zhang Wentian makes theoretical contribution to the construction of the theory of the learning Party.He believes that learning is the basic responsibility of each Party member.In respect to learning methodology,he argues that emphasis should be placed not only on theory study but also on research work.With the fundamental requirements of combining Chinese history,national conditions with practice,the essence of the theory is respecting the masses and attaching the great importance to the role of intellectuals.Therefore,Zhang Wentian’s ideas are of great significance for promoting the construction of college Party.
