基于DEA的江苏省经济发展有效性研究

运用DEA模型对江苏省13个市的经济发展进行实证分析,定量揭示不同城市投入产出的效率的差异,反映江苏区域经济发展不平衡的现状,根据模型计算结果,针对资源DEA无效的8个城市,可适当减少社会固定资产投资和就业人员比例,同时发挥廉价劳动力优势,发展对外加工贸易,从而提高江苏整体经济运行的效率。

Efficiency Analysis of Economic Development in Jiangsu Province: A Case Study of DEA Model

Based on DEA model,an empirical analysis of economic development of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province is carried out,which is the quantitative indication of the differences of the input-output efficiency among these cities and the actual reflection of unbalanced economic development in different areas of Jiangsu Province.According to the result of the analysis,in these eight cities where DEA is out of effect,it is possible to reduce investment on asset and to cut down the number of employees.At the same time,it is necessary to take the advantage of cheap labor force to develop export-oriented processing trade in order to improve the efficiency of the whole economic mechanism in Jiangsu Province.
