我国商业银行的资本困境与经济资本管理

揭示了目前我国银行业所处的资本困境，提出要根本解决我国商业银行面临的资本困境，就必须改进现有的资本管理与风险管理的理念与方法，引入经济资本管理模式。为实现有效的经济资本管理，我国商业银行需要在经营管理理念转换、战略制定、基础数据积累、人才培养等方面进行改进。

The Capital Predicament of Chinese Commercial Banks and Economic Capital Management

This paper shows the capital predicament of Chinese commercial banks. Then it holds that in order to deal with such case, it is indispensable to reform on the idea and method of capital management and risk management by making use of the mode of economic capital management. Finally, it proposes that Chinese commercial banks should transform their management idea, establish strategy, accumulate fundamental data and cultivate talents so as to effectively implement economic capital management.
