农民工进入城市后的适应对我国城市化具有重要意义。农民工的适应有经济层面、社会层面和心理层面三个依次递进的层次。当前,农民工的适应仅仅停留在经济层面,通过改善农民工的精神文化生活,有利于农民工阶层的素质提升,可以帮助农民工适应城市发展,融入城市化和社会的主流生活之中。
