| 摘 要： | 以 5个矮秆小麦品种 (系 )为母本 ,8个主要农艺性状较好的品种 (系 )为父本 ,采用不完全双列杂交设计 ,研究小麦株高、穗长、穗粒数、结实小穗、千粒重、单株穗数、单株粒重 7个性状的配合力和遗传力。结果表明 :同一性状不同亲本的一般配合力效应值和不同组合间的特殊配合力存在较大差异 ,7个性状由加性和非加性效应共同作用 ,其中 6个性状主要受加性基因控制 ,加性和非加性效应对单株粒重都起重要作用

| Abstract: | Seven agronomic characters of wheat,including plant height,spike length,number of kernels per spike,1000-kernel weight,fructificative spikelets per spike,spikes per plant and kernel weight per plant were studied by means of incomplete diallel cross design with five dwarf varieties as female parents and eight varieties with good agronomic characters as male parents.The results indicated (1)the GCA effects of different parents for the same trait varied significantly;(2) the SCA effects of different combinations varied obviously;(3)the number of kernels per plant showed additive and unadditive effects of inheritance,but other six traits were mainly controlled by additive genes. |
