老年男性2型糖尿病与血清睾酮的相关性分析

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病与血清睾酮的相关性。方法选择1012例老年男性,分成糖尿病和非糖尿病组,测定两组体重指数(BMI)、血压(SBP、DBP)、血糖(FBG、PBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血清胰岛素(FINS、PINS)、血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)。结果与非糖尿病组相比,老年男性糖尿病组的FBG、PBG、FINS、PINS、TG、E2水平明显升高,而HDL-C、T水平降低。Logistic回归分析显示TG、HDL-C、FINS、PINS与T相关。结论TG、HDL-C、FINS、PINS与老年2型糖尿病男性的T密切相关。

Analysis of correlation factors of serum testosterone with type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly male

Objective To explore the correlation factors of serum testosterone with type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly male. Methods 1012 elderly male were divided into 2 groups according to their histry of DM, Blood glucose(FBG,PBG), cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), blood pressure(DBP,SBP), body mass indes (BMI), serum insulin (FINS,PINS), serum testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) were measured. Results Elderly male with type 2 diabetes had higher FBG,PBG,TG,FINS,PINS and E2 than those without DM,while had lower HDL-C and T. Logistic regression analysis results suggested that TG, HDL-C, FINS and PINS were more related with T in eldly male. Conclusions TG,HDL-C,FINS and PINS were more related with T in eldly male with type 2 diabetes.
