| 摘 要： | 目的研究老年男性非酒精性脂肪肝与代谢综合征关系。方法 60岁以上老年男性181例分成脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组,比较两组血糖、血总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数及肥胖指标,并比较两组代谢综合征相关疾病的发生率。结果脂肪组的甘油三酯、血胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、腰围、体重指数、腰臀比明显高于非脂肪肝组,代谢综合征的发生率高于非脂肪肝组,多元回归分析示体重指数与脂肪肝关系密切。结论老年男性非酒精性脂肪肝合并代谢综合征相关疾病发生率高,与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。

| Abstract: | To assay the relationship between non-alcoholic-fatty-liver of aged man and metabolic syndrome. Methods 181 aged man were divided into two groups:nonalcoholic fatty liver group and control group.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(CHO),triglycefide(TG),fasting insulin(FINS),HOMA-IR indes,body mass index(BIM)and waist hip ratio(WHR)were compared between them.Results TG,FINS,HOMA-IR index, waist,BIM,WHR of fatty liver group were higher than those in the control group.The disease related to metabolic syndrome in the nonalcoholic fatty liver were more frequent.Conclusions The nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of aged man is associated with metabolic syndrome,insulin resisthance may have effect on it. |
