| 摘 要： | 依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,其核心在于建设社会主义法治政府.它既是历史的必然,也是现实的需求.我国法治政府的建构离不开对西方法治政府传统的借鉴.本文对西方法治政府思想的源流进行一定的梳理,以期对我国建构社会主义法治政府提供一些启示和镜鉴.

| Abstract: | Ruling the country by law is a basic strategy for the people guided by the Party leader to administer the country.It has its historical inevitability and realistic necessity.The key of it is to build a socialist government under the rule of law,which should reference to western nomocracy governmental tradition.The source of the western nomocracy governmental ideology was analyzed in order to offer enlightenment and reference for our country's governmental construction under the rule of law. |
