| Abstract: | The human resource in the institution of higher learning is the first resource, which is a-live and dynamic, among the educational resources in the institution of higher learning. It has the characteristics of intelligence, impulse of creating values, subjective initiative and duality. The e-motional management of human resource in the institution of higher learning is the basis of human resource management of institution of higher learning, bridge and link between administration and staff in the institution of higher learning, and also good way of human resource management in the institution of higher learning. |
