| 摘 要： | 农村居民点土地整理是我国农村土地整理的重要内容之一.对农村居民点整理综合潜力的研究能够为整理工作科学、合理地实施提供理论支持,而且也能为完善土地整理的理论体系做出贡献.选取渝北区作为研究对象,按其行政区划分为31个参评单元,根据各单元的基础统计资料建立原始数据库并进行标准化处理,利用因子分析法提取8个综合因子,其累计贡献率达94.21%.以此8个综合因子为基础进行聚类分析,根据聚类结果将31个参评单元划分为3个综合潜力类型区,结合实际情况和定量分析过程评价各类型区的整理综合潜力及整理对策.

| Abstract: | The village land readjustment is one of the very important contents of country land consolidation. The study on the village land readjustment multiple potential can provide the academic abidance of village land readjustment, further more, it can make contribution to the amendment of academic system of country land consolidation. A case study is made of Yubei district of Chongqing City. It compartmentalizes 31 units on the administrative partition. It builds up an original data base on the units' statistics, and make it standardization. It use factor analysis to select 8 factors, the factors' total contribution is 94.21%. It uses clustering analysis to classify the units based on the factors. It also analyzes the village land readjustment multiple potential and countermeasures of this units. |
