| 摘 要： | 中小企业在我国经济中发挥着重要作用，但我国中小企业财务管理和会计核算存在特殊性，由此产生了对会计专业人才的特殊需求。而现有会计专业人才培养模式与中小企业的需求不相适应。其解决的途径就是要在了解和掌握中小企业财务会计特殊性和特殊需要的基础上，对现行企业财务会计专业人才培养模式进行制度改革，包括建立合理的课程体系、改进教学手段和方法、创新和改善教学团队、建立人才质量评价体系等。

| Abstract: | SMEs as an important components in Chinese economy,whose financial management and accounting exist particularity,have special needs for the resulting accounting professionals.But the existing accounting professionals in training mode is incompatible with the needs of SMEs.Its solution is to understand and grasp the peculiar requirements and on this basis to reform the existing talent training mode of enterprise financial and accounting professionals,including the establishment of a reasonable course system ... |
