| 摘 要： | 目的探究造成老年患者院内感染铜绿假单胞菌亚胺培南耐药的OprD2基因缺失在天津地区三所三甲医院内的分布情况。方法采用PCR方法检测60株来自天津市三所医院不同科室60岁以上患者感染的耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌（IRPA）的OprD2基因缺失情况。结果60株IRPA中有38株OprD2基因缺失,且三所医院的OprD2基因缺失率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论IRPA的OprD2基因缺失在天津地区的分布没有明显的医院差异,且提示尚有其他原因造成亚胺培南耐药株流行发作。
