老年食管癌患者淋巴细胞亚群检测的临床价值

目的探讨应用流式细胞术（FCM）检测老年食管癌患者外周血淋巴细胞多项免疫指标的变化，以及不同年龄层该指标的临床价值。方法采用流式细胞术检测60例食管癌患者的外周血CD3^＋，CD4^＋，CD8^＋，NK，CD4^＋／CD8^＋等免疫指标变化。结果60岁以上的食管癌患者CD8^＋百分比例及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值与60岁以下患者显著性差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞抗原为临床观察肿瘤患者的免疫状态提供有效的依据，不同年龄层间外周血淋巴细胞指标存在差异。

The Clinical Significance of T Lymphocyte Subsets in Peripheral Blood of Elderly Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinic value of the variation of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of elderly esophagus cancer patients. Methods Flow cytometry was used to test some immune indexes,including CD3^＋,CD4^＋, CD8^＋,NK,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in sixty esophagus cancer patients. Results The level of CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in elderly patients（〉60y） was significantly different from that of younger patients（≤60y,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Detecting lymphocyte antigens by flow cytometry provides an effective basis for evaluating the immune condition of tumor patients. There were significant differences of lymphocyte subsets in different age groups with esophageal carcinoma.
