| 摘 要： | 把期刊办成产业 ,走集约化的经营之路 ,节约成本、扩大规模效益、增强抵御风险的能力 ,规范期刊市场 ,减少同类期刊的重复和不必要的竞争等 ,都是市场经济给期刊工作者提出的新要求。期刊业的发展从长远的观点看 ,在经营管理上 ,应该尽早与国际接轨 ,主动参与国际期刊竞争

| Abstract: | Market Pconomy demands that periodical-running be turned into an industry whose management is intensive.Thus,the cost is to be lowered;the scale to be enlarged;the abiltity to withstand risk to be improved;the market to be standardiaed;repetitive and unnecessary competitions to be lessened.In the long run,the periodical industry of China should follow international practice and participate in international competition. |
