| 摘 要： | 郭嵩焘在继承道咸时期启蒙思想家的“整肃人心”思想的基础上,提出了“人心风俗为立国之本”的思想,促进了中国传统道德向近代道德的转型,在近代中国“人心风俗”思想的演进过程中具有重要的地位。

| Abstract: | Inheriting the thought of "screwing up public trend "by the enlightenment ideologist during the reign of Daoguang and Xianfeng of the Qing Dynasty,Guo Songtao put forwarded the thought of "regarding morality and custom as the basis of building a country".It promoted the transformation from the Chinese traditional morality to the modern type,and has an important position in the development of "morality and custom" thought in modern China. |
