| 摘 要： | 农民工是中国在特殊历史时期出现的一个特殊的社会群体。目前,广大农民工的合法权益正在受到侵害,严重影响了城市的和谐与稳定。作为构建和谐城市与和谐社会的重要保障,作为保护农民工的最后也是最有力的救济手段,法律援助工作面临着许多困难。因此,建立和健全我国农民工法律援助机制,充分发挥法律援助的功能作用和价值潜能,势在必行。

| Abstract: | The farmer work is a special social community in the special history of China,however,the legal rights of the large farmer work are subjected to the invasion,thus have seriously affected the harmonious and stable of city.As the important guarantee of setting up harmonious society,and the last and the most emollient means,the legal aid are facing many difficulties,therefore,it is very necessary to establish and to perfect the legal aid system to fully exertive the function and the value potential. |
