| 摘 要： | 完善宪法监督机构是我国宪政建设的现实要求。考察世界各国宪法法院建立的历史概况 ,然后从理论上归结这种专门监督机构建立的合理性 ,在此基础上结合我国国情 ,我们就会发现在我国建立宪法法院具有强烈的紧迫性和重大的现实意义 ,我国宪法法院的建构模式应充分考虑监督保障体系、机构设置、职权等要素。

| Abstract: | The perfection of constitutional supervision organ is a practical demand of the construction of our constitutional government.The paper first reviews briefly the history of constitutional court foundation worldwide and expounds the reasonableness of founding such a supervision organ.Then it analyses the necessity and urgency of establishing constitutional court in China and states some tentative ideas about the model of it. |
