| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会需要先进文化,图书馆作为文化机构的重要组成部分肩负着重要使命,图书馆员在构建和谐社会中充当了新角色。构建和谐社会要求图书馆员不断提高自身的人文素质、职业道德素质和业务素质,努力成为信息专家、知识导航员和学习型图书馆组织的核心,为构建和谐社会作出应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | Advanced culture is badly needed for the construction of harmonious socialistic society.The library,as an essential component of the cultural institutions,takes on great mission in the process in which the librarian plays a new role.The construction of harmonious socialistic society requires we librarians to constantly improve our cultural qualities,work ethics,as well as to master professional skills all of which will turn the librarian expert into information guider for knowledge and center of the ever-studying library,so that the librarian,will contribute to the construction of the harmonious socialistic society. |
