| 摘 要： | 基础教育阶段的素质教育具有由四个要义组成的新内涵 ,即素质教育是一种教育主体之间合作实施的、面向全体学生的、使每一个学生全面发展、主动发展的教育 ;只有从教育思想、教育内容、课程体系、教学方法、教学评价以及师资队伍建设和教育环境等方面进行整体改革 ,建构新的教育运行机制 ,才能确保素质教育的顺利实施

| Abstract: | Quality education in elementary education is implemented cooperatively by its main body and aimed at making every student develop in an overall and active way.This is what the new content education means.Quality education can be implemented successfully when an overall reform is carried out,covering teaching thought,content,methods and evaluation,curriculum system,teacher training and educational environment,and when a new mechanism is set up. |
