| 摘 要： | 常德会战是发生在中国抗日战争战略相持阶段后期、中日双方投入较大兵力的一次大会战,是抗日战争正面战场诸战役中少有的、令世人为之瞩目的一次"惨胜".常德会战的"惨胜",充分体现了中国广大爱国官兵所具有的爱国精神和民族气节.值此世界各国隆重纪念世界反法西斯战争胜利60周年之际,回顾此次会战,既有重要的历史意义,更有强烈的现实意义.
