| 摘 要： | 农村文化建设有利于提高农村居民的文化生活水平,保障农村居民的基本文化权益,直接服务于农业、农村和农民,有力支撑了社会主义新农村建设事业.同时,农村文化建设还具有很强的外部效应,这些外部效应表现为它对我国的城镇化进程、产业结构调整以及社会稳定方面的积极作用.

| Abstract: | Rural cultural construction is helpful for enhancing the cultural life level of rural residents and guaranteeing their basic culture rights.It serves directly agriculture,countryside and farmers and promotes greatly the construction of new socialist countryside.Moreover,it can produce a great externality effect in that it is helpful for China's urbanization,industry structure adjustment and social stability. |
