| 摘 要： | 侵华日军731细菌战部队于1941年在湖南常德实施细菌战,对该地平民造成巨大伤害.为清算侵华日军细菌战罪行,常德一大批富于爱国热情的仁人志士自发组织起来,历经七年艰苦努力的调查寻访,确定了第一批共计7 643人的染疫死亡名单,得到日本东京地方法院法律层面的认可.

| Abstract: | The germ warfare in Changde launched by the Japanese 731 Troop in 1941 brought about great harm to the local people. To clear the crimes of the germ warfare of the Japanese aggressors, a large number of people with high ideals and patriotic feelings in Changde investigated voluntarily for 7 years, and determined the first victims list,7 643. The list was approved legally by Tokyo local court. |
