| 摘 要： | 在我国农村现代化过程中 ,农村小城镇化代替不了农村城市化。对农村小城镇应该正确定位 :它是联结城市与农村的桥梁 ,是为农业和农村居民提供商品和劳务服务的中心地。将农村小城镇定位于农村剩余劳动力向城镇转移的主要载体和农村工业化的中心地的观点 ,都是对农村小城镇在农村现代化中作用和功能的错误定位。
