| 摘 要： | 洞庭湖区存在着产业结构整体层次低与结构同构的现象。为了促进经济发展,必须提高湖区的产业总体发展水平,促使产业结构由低层次向高层次不断演进及其协调发展。政府可以通过运用合理的财政政策对某些产业的经济活动给予适当支持,逐步实现产业结构合理化与高级化目标,促进经济长期持续、稳定、协调发展。

| Abstract: | There exist such problems as low and overlapping industrial structure in the Dongting Lake area.In order to accelerate the economic development,it is necessary to upgrade and balance industrial structure there.The government can give proper support to economic activities of some industries by rational financial support policy to achieve the goal of rational and advanced industrial structure and promote long-term,sustainable,stable and balanced economic development. |
