| 摘 要： | 行政人格具有多种对内对外功能。行政人格对内功能主要表现为价值定向、动机整合、行为调控等功能;行政人格对外功能主要体现在榜样激励、体系维护、社会辐射等功能。但是这些功能并不是万能的和无条件的,其域限为行政人格本身价值的可效性、行政人格的功能对象的可纳性、行政人格的道德环境的可宜性。

| Abstract: | Administrator- personality has many internal and external functions. The major internal functions are value orientation, motivation integration and behavior regulation; the external functions are mainly target stimulation, system maintenance and social radiation. But these functions are not omnipotent and unconditional, the limits of which are the effectiveness of the value of administrator personality, the absorpt-ability of functional objects and the appropriateness of the moral environment. |
