| Abstract: | The impetus that web technology has given to administrative management has its distinct gradation: on the level of ideology and culture, it promotes democracy and service value; on the level of construction and mechanism, it contributes to democratic decision, the formation of the net of administrative organizations as well as the improved efficiency of administrative conduction; on the level of methods and technology, it is conductive to the administrative innovation. Active response from the government is necessary to push forward the modernization of Chinese administration. |
