摘    要:实现教师职业专业化,促进教师的专业成长,是新时期我国基础教育改革中一项极为重要的内容。教师的专业成长不仅有赖于实现教师内在观念的完善和更新,有赖于专业知识的掌握和专业技能的形成,有赖于教师研究能力的提高,而且还有赖于构建起更为完善的教师教育机制。
