| 摘 要： | 在分析城市土地集约利用的概念与内涵的基础上,结合城市群实际情况,首先构建长株潭城市群土地集约利用指标体系,然后利用模糊数学方法构建城市土地集约利用评价模型,据此对长株潭3+5城市群土地集约利用水平进行定量测定。研究结果表明:除长沙市和岳阳市处于基本集约外,城市群其它各城市及城市群整体的土地集约利用水平较低;城市群土地集约利用水平在时间上呈现总体上升趋势;城市群土地集约利用水平的区域差异明显,并与区域经济的差异高度相关;影响土地集约利用水平的因素涉及人口、资源、环境、经济与社会等各个方面。
