对目前我国私营企业主阶层的思考

如何促进私营经济持续稳定健康发展、引导私营企业主阶层成为坚定的社会主义事业的建设者是当前乃至今后一个较长时期内我国社会政治生活中的一个重大课题。为此一要充分认识私营经济和私营企业主阶层存在的长期性 ,采取切实有效的措施谋划私营经济的新发展 ;二要充分认识私营企业主阶层的特殊性 ,正确把握评价私营企业主政治上进步与否的判断标准 ;三要充分认识私营企业主阶层的复杂性 ,坚持德治与法治相结合 ,使其成为坚定的社会主义事业的建设者。

Reflections on China's Stratum of Private Enterprise Owners

It is and will be a great task in the political life of the society in a long period of time how to make the development of the private sector of the economy sustainable,steady and sound and guide the private enterprise owners to become faithful builders of the socialist construction.So,something must be done now.First,effective measures must be taken to plan for the development with a full understanding of the protracted nature of the sector and the stratum.Secondly,standards for judgement on the political performance of the owners must be properly used with a full understanding of the particularity of their stratum.Finally,the stratum of private enterprise owners must be guided to be faithful socialist builder through moral education and rule by law with a full understanding of its complexity.
