对中心城市大学开展产学研合作的思考

产学研合作是在高校、科研院所与企业之间兴起的一件极具潜力和发展前景的事业 ,中心城市大学发展产学研合作有其特有的优势和迫切的需要。目前虽然中心城市的产学研合作已从初级到高级发展为多种形式 ,但中心城市大学与地方企业在观念、权益、信息、政策上还存在着诸多两难选择 ,产学研合作的深入开展还有待于高校内、外部环境的进一步改善

Reflections on the Combination of Production,Study and Research in Central City Universities

The combination of producing, learning and researching among university, scientific institute and enterprise is a prosperous cause of great potentials and development. The development of this combination has its special advantage and is in urgent need. Although there exist a variety of forms of combination: primary or advanced,up to the present, the central city university and the local enterprise are confronting a dilemma in concept, right, benefit, information and policy, so it is necessary to improve internal and external environments for a further co operation.
