| 摘 要： | 随着经济的知识化与全球化，知识产权成为一个国家及地区和企业竞争优势的核心所在。民营高新技术企业作为技术创新的主体。在科技和经济一体化及高新技术产业化过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。因此有着灵活经营机制的民营高新技术企业更应站在战略的高度来认识和处理知识产权问题，制定并实施一个定位清晰的知识产权战略．具体应包括以下几个方面：设立专门的知识产权管理机构；构建与实施专利战略；构建与实施品牌战略。
