摘    要:外语学习成绩的好坏,除了学习者因智力方面的差异外,还受到态度、动机、性格等非智力因素的影响。外语教师应该在教学中采取积极的对策,注意调动学生的非智力因素,激发学生学习的内在动力,培养学生良好的自学习惯,增强他们学习外语的兴趣。

Abstract:The achievement of foreign language learning is influenced by non-intelligence factors such as attitude,motivation and character besides the learner's intelligence factors.So as a foreign language teacher,he should pay attention to those non-intelligence factors and find out countermeasures to activate students' potentials,help them cultivate self-study habit and improve their interest in his teaching.
