| Abstract: | By analysing the properties of stable electric field and static field of electriccurrent, the Paper made a detailed study of the grounds of using the stable electric field tomock the electrostatic field. It pointed out that the conditions of successful mocking and applicabililies of this method by presenting the special case and common one. |
