| 摘 要： | 地方高校实验室多采取封闭式的传统实验模式，实验仪器设备使用效益不高，特别是大型精密仪器的使用存在制约瓶颈。为此，以有效管理为导向，加大实验教学开放管理力度，完善实验室仪器设备资源整合的共享机制，实施激励措施和一体化管理模式，提高实验室仪器设备的使用效率，实现学生个性发展和应用型创新人才的培养。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of the low utilization of the traditional closed experimental model taken by the laboratories of the university, the paper proposes a method of open platform for experimental teaching based on the study of enhancing the utilization of the laboratory by the effective sharing of the resources. Based on exploring the building of reasonable re-allocation of laboratory resources and opening up shared mechanisms as well as the implementation of necessary incentives and innovative management approaches, the development of students’ personality and the training of innovative applied talents will be achieved. |
