高校班主任在道德教育中的作用

在阶级社会里，道德具有鲜明的阶级性。高校班主任在实施对大学生的道德教育时，首先要明确道德教育的内容是共产主义道德而不是资本主义道德或其他形形色色落后的道德。班主任在道德教育中要通过树立榜样，培养集体主义精神以及批判反动、落后的道德观念等途径，使大学生所学的道德知识真正变成自己的道德意识，并指导自己的行为，逐渐成为具有高尚品德的人。
